Terms of Service

Effective 6 August 2026.

These terms form an agreement between you and Batuhan Ceyhan, trading as CeyhanLabs, an individual seller based in the Republic of Türkiye (“we”, “us”), covering your use of Supplier Data Ops (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CeyhanLabs is the name Batuhan Ceyhan trades under, and the name behind the ceyhanlabs.com domain this Service is served from. It is a trading name only — it is not a company or any other separate legal person, and it does not exist apart from Batuhan Ceyhan, who is your counterparty under these terms and bears the obligations in them.

What the Service does

Supplier Data Ops converts supplier product catalogs into files that can be imported into Shopify. It maps supplier column headings onto Shopify fields, validates rows against the rules Shopify enforces, and produces a corrected export file.

Catalog parsing, validation and export run in your browser. Your catalog files are not uploaded to us. We store only summary information about each run — such as row counts and error totals — against your account.

Accounts

• You need an account for saved history and for paid features. You may use the importer without one.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is tied to it.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Plans and billing

Current prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record and is the seller on the transaction. They handle payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and their name appears on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to their buyer terms.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which grants a refund on request within 14 days of a charge.

We may change prices. A change to the price of an existing subscription will be notified by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to process data you have no right to process.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems behind them.
• Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the Service, including by automated means intended to circumvent plan limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service as your own.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will try to contact you first.

Your content

You keep all rights in the catalog data you process. We claim no ownership of it and, because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or retain it.

Availability and warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accepted by Shopify in every case. Validation reflects the rules as we understand them; you remain responsible for reviewing the files you import.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
